This dialog appears after you click the Save button in the graph window. The default label is the next default label for the graph which you can change.

You can select folder to save the graph. The default folder is "Graphs".

Clicking OK will apply the settings selected. You can also double-click the folder. If no label is specified, you will get the message "The value cannot be blank.".
